            Job Description:  Job Responsibilities  Responsible to run reports (e.g. manifests, load discrepancy, hold list, warehouse report) and distribute it to various internal stakeholders 
Assist to do accurate data entry of paperwork and submit volume shipment reports into UPS systems for tracking 
Proactively follow up on incoming emails, inbound package resolution and check on discrepancies 
Resolve pending packages outside the office for address corrections or package exceptions resolutions. 
 Job Requirements  Possess a Diploma (or equivalent) in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant fields 
Possess 1 - 2 years of logistics data management or logistics/aviation industry experience 
Possess strong communication (at least English) and interpersonal skills 
Display proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
Willing to work on shifts, especially night shift (...
