**Position Overview**

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational safety and reliability of all company aircraft. Working directly under the supervision of the Chief of Maintenance, the technician is responsible for diagnosing technical issues, replacing faulty components, and performing necessary repairs to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
