• Coordinate and oversee air import and export shipments from origin to destination.


• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.


• Prepare and review necessary shipping and import documentation.


• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to stakeholders.


• Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies related to air imports.


• Maintain accurate records and reports for all activities.

• Ability to complete an Air Freight background check - VGB (Certificate of No Objection).
  8+ years resident in the EU.


• Proven experience with import or export airfreight operations and customs procedures.
