Job Responsibilities
Handle daily air freight import and export operations. Coordinate shipments with airlines, agents, customers, and internal teams
Prepare and monitor shipping documents and customs-related documentation.
Manage billing, invoicing, and shipment costing
Respond to overseas agent and customer inquiries promptly
Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
Ensure all operations are carried out according to company procedures and deadlines
Requirements
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred
