Core Responsibilities
  • Input data of every import shipment (consolidation or direct) in Kewill Enterprise Forwarding (KEF) system.
  • Coordinate air freight bookings, routing, and cargo space confirmation.
  • Prepare and verify all import/export documentation for compliance.
  • Ensure correct type of import permit, accuracy, and compliance in Tradenet declaration.
  • Manifest submission within 7 days of shipment arrival.
  • Notify consignees or their appointed forwarders of shipments' arrival via phone or email.
  • Release import document (AWB, Invoice & Packing List) to the consignees or their forwarders.
  • Calculate the terminal and air freight charges for import shipment released to the consignees or their forwarders.
  • Prepare invoice with KEF.
  • Apply cheque advance/e-payment for payment of terminal and airfreight charges to the terminal or other forwarder.
