Interpret drawings and plans to set up cooling systems, perform system commissioning, conduct operational checks, handle urgent repair needs, and ensure tools and materials are well maintained and replenished when required.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective tasks to keep air‑conditioning units operating efficiently and reliably.
Perform routine service activities including filter cleaning, chemical treatment, general cleaning, and full system overhauls.
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues by diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs.
