About the Role

We’re supporting a leading FM & HVAC contractor as they expand their mobile AC team across retail and commercial sites. They’re looking for an Improver‑Level AC Engineer with F‑Gas Cat 1 who’s ready to take the next step in their development.

This role is ideal for someone who has the fundamentals in place and wants structured progression towards full engineer status.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with AC installs (splits, multi‑splits, cassettes)

Supporting senior engineers with diagnostics and repairs

Carrying out PPMs, filter changes, coil cleans and basic checks

Refrigerant recovery, vacuums, pressure testing

Logging defects and completing job sheets

Learning VRV/VRF systems with hands‑on mentoring
