Job Description

Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a mobile basis in Darlington (covering 2 sites). The role will work alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.

This role will be 40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday. Overtime and on‑call available.

Daily Responsibilities

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
• Ensure that PPM and reactive jobs are processed, defects are diagnosed, faults repaired and testing completed
• Carry out work safely and efficiently
