As AI Workflow Transformation Lead, you will work with teams across Cint to identify, shape, deliver and embed AI-enabled improvements. You will help turn business priorities and operational pain points into better workflows, smarter practices and measurable improvements in how work gets done.

This is a broad, hands-on transformation role. Some work may involve workflow redesign. Some may involve functional support, delivery coordination, requirements shaping, governance navigation, adoption support or helping teams move from experiment to scalable practice.
