Position Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of Technology and AI Risk, the Senior Analyst will lead the Global Risk Management (GRM) review and assessment of AI use cases, ensuring compliance with Capital Group’s policies, industry frameworks, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI risk management processes: identify, assess, quantify risk as part of the AI intake process.
• Proactively identify and escalade risks/gaps throughout the AI lifecycle, communicate findings, and recommend enhancements.
• Monitor risk metrics, investigate triggers, and actively manage issues.
• Participate in incident and problem management related to AI.
• Prepare risk reporting, AI risk documentation, policies, standards, and Board/Committee materials for Global Risk Management.
