We’re looking for an AI Researcher who can build real-world AI solutions—not just research.

This role is for someone who can translate business problems into AI-driven use cases and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions aligned with business needs
• Work with Azure OpenAI and AI services to build and deploy models
• Translate business requirements into AI use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows
• Continuously improve models based on performance and feedback

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and generative AI
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / AI tools
• Experience delivering AI projects from concept to deployment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
