We are seeking a mission‑driven AI Product Manager to help build ethical, high‑impact AI solutions for the Public Safety and Justice sector. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex machine learning capabilities and the real‑world needs of first responders, 911 center personnel, legal professionals, and community stakeholders. You will help define products that improve emergency response times, streamline judicial workflows, and ensure AI is deployed responsibly in the public interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Research: Conduct interviews with law enforcement, emergency dispatchers, or legal clerks to identify pain points that can be solved via AI (e.g., automated transcription, predictive resource allocation, or evidence management).
• Feature Definition: Translate user needs into clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
