**The Role:**

General Motors is seeking an **AI & Integration Systems Engineering Manager - HRIS** to lead a team responsible for enterprise applications, platform capabilities, and intelligent workflows across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Systems. This role combines people leadership and technical leadership to drive modernization, improve delivery, and introduce AI-enabled capabilities in practical, secure, and responsible ways.

**What You'll Do (Responsibilities):**
