Team Overview

The AI Governance Analyst role sits within the Technology Risk & Compliance function and focuses on governing how AI is used across the organization. The role is responsible for coordinating AI risk assessments, maintaining visibility into AI use cases, and ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, privacy expectations, and emerging regulations. This role will report to the Technology Risk and Compliance Sr. Director. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

Provide support for the AI risk assessment process, maintain a global AI assessment template and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders

Manage the AI inventory, reviewing incoming entries for accuracy and make updates as necessary

Facilitate annual reviews of AI Inventory
