• Improve process: Help us move from scrappy to smart.
• Instrument and optimize data flows across Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, and our internal DBs for decision‑making.
• Be an internal evangelist for applied AI, helping every haddocker become 10× more productive.

What You Need to Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI systems in real‑world use cases.
