AI Enablement Manager

In Spain - Madrid | Barcelona

We are looking for two team members to support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology-enabled processes across consulting business and central functions at Simon-Kucher. Central functions consist of business teams that support the running of the consulting business, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and IT.

This role will coordinate firm-wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationally assist the global network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials.
