5+ years experience in: 
Data engineering or platform data roles 
Handsâon experience building: 
Largeâscale data pipelines (batch and streaming) 
Feature engineering pipelines 
Experience working with: 
Cloud data platforms (Azure a must) 
Structured and unstructured data 
Experience in financial services, fintech, telco, or regulated industries  is advantageous Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics workloads preferred 
Competencies: 
Technical Competencies 
Data pipeline and orchestration patterns 
Feature store concepts and implementation 
Streaming and batch data processing
