Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk) and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) development to validate impact and scalability
Design and support rollout of organic AI use cases, Standard Operating Procedures, and playbooks for Operations teams.
Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status).
