We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent systems that automate operations, integrate platforms, and power analytics in a fast-paced interactive entertainment & fintech environment.
What You'll Do
AI Workflows: Build end-to-end automation pipelines using LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, or Make.
Integrations: Connect payment gateways, KYC/fraud systems, and back-ends via REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
Risk & Compliance: Develop tools for fraud detection, responsible engagement monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
Data & Analytics: Create ETL pipelines, real-time dashboards, and predictive models for user behavior and retention.
Internal Tools: Maintain CRM, helpdesk, DevOps, and back-office automation.
Customer Experience: Deploy AI chatbots, ticket triage, and LLM knowledge bases.
Security & Access: Manage SSO, RBAC, and GDPR-compliant data practices.
