            Key Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate model performance (accuracy, bias, drift) and drive improvements 
Translate AI insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders 
Support AI deployment and continuously optimize performance 
Build dashboards and reports that bring AI outcomes and KPIs to life 
Champion data quality and ensure AI solutions meet governance, ethical, and compliance standards 
Essential Skills and Qualifications 
A degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar 
Experience in data analysis, analytics, or AI-focused roles 
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
Solid understanding of machine learning and AI workflows 
Confidence working with large, complex datasets
