MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree (BSc) in agronomy
• Min of 3 years previous pecan nut farming experience
• Must have ownership mentality
• Strong management skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Being maintenance/mechanically orientated
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers license
