Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to the newly formed Service team and support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion.
Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur.
Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework and guide them to greater Agile maturity.
Build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility and can voice opinions and concerns.
Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests, ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Act as the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams where there are interdependencies.
