The AI Enablement Consultant enables Enterprise Transformation Consultants to apply AI and GenAI to solve complex enterprise problems and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role strengthens the consulting capability of the HIH Enterprise Consulting team by helping consultants identify high‑value AI use cases, assess opportunity size, define success measures, and translate insights into practical recommendations that improve productivity, decision quality, capacity planning, flow, value delivery, and operating model effectiveness.
