**What You’ll Do**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Agile Coach & Change Management Leader** to play a critical role in a large-scale Agile Transformation across our Global Technology Operations (GTO) organization. This role is intentionally **split approximately 50/50 between Agile Coaching and Change Management leadership** .

While our teams currently leverage **Asana and Jira** as delivery and work management tools, this role requires a **tool-agnostic approach** , ensuring agile principles, behaviors, and outcomes are prioritized over tool mechanics.
