Context
We are supporting a BCG X team running ~10 concurrent workstreams, including:
• ~7 active client projects
• ~3 internal systems/tools in build/test
The team is focused on building and deploying agentic AI systems across client and internal use cases.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking execution-oriented engineers (“builders”) who have:
• Built agentic systems end-to-end (not just components)
• Hands-on experience designing, coding, and deploying production systems
• Ability to work across both:
o Modern GenAI tooling
o Traditional engineering stacks

Candidates should demonstrate:
• End-to-end system ownership (design → build → deploy → iterate)
• Experience building agentic AI workflows
• Strong coding ability (Python + backend engineering)
• Experience integrating AI systems into real applications
