Engage prospects through meetings, demos, and presentations to understand operational pain points
Translate client challenges into AI-driven solution proposals (e.g. AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation)
Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions, pricing, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) walkthroughs
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Stay updated on trends in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI automation tools
Support post-sales handover to project and technical teams
