Overview

Provide guidance and direction to Staff Managers and associates of the Agency. The Agency Manager is responsible for ensuring the Agency System is executed effectively within his/her Agency to ensure the achievement of Agency objectives. The position is responsible for delivering business results and providing functional and technical expertise on Agency sales processes while serving as the chief marketing officer within the market. The position will drive Financial Representative retention, sales growth, client retention, and thorough training and implementation of the W&S Sales process, brand awareness, networking and recruiting strategies and activities.
