 Responsibilities  Order management: ensure smooth order receiving and processing. 
Supply Operation:  Handle enquiries from distributors. 
Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipment arrangement to ensure on-time delivery. 
Handle shipment documentation—invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.—to enable smooth customs clearance by importers. 
  
Handle warranty claims, short mispacking reports, and logistics quality problem reports. 
Handle SAP for payment of supplier and buyer invoices. 
Prepare monthly reports to compare KPI results against targets. 
 Requirements  Degree in Logistics with 1–2 years working experience in a similar job scope
