The Aftermarket Operations Program Manager - Engine Clearance & Service Level Management is responsible for end-to-end ownership of engine return‑to‑service performance, SLA compliance, and customer operational commitments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engine Clearance Ownership – Own end‑to‑end engine clearance from induction to release, lead daily clearance reviews, prioritize engines based on SLA commitments, AOG impact, and revenue exposure, drive reduction of engine dwell time and backlog.
- Material & Supply Chain Resolution – Support material recovery plans for shortage‑driven engine holds, expediting critical parts, reduce clearance delays caused by supplier or logistics constraints, improve forecast alignment through SIOP integration.
