General Application - Production Operator Pay Rate:

•  $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on shift, department, and role assignment.

Shifts:

•   12-hour rotating schedule following a 2-2-3 pattern with alternating weekends.

Working Conditions:

•    AeroFarms' facility includes both warm and humid areas (80 degrees) and cold areas (35 degrees).


• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including facemasks in GMP/food production areas, is provided and required.
