Support and monitor the optimisation and troubleshooting of EMEA and APAC campaigns to ensure client KPIs are met and revenue opportunities are maximised.
Provide campaign analysis, insights, pricing, and end-of-campaign reporting.
Document and communicate key campaign insights, performance updates, and recommendations to Client Services and Commercial stakeholders.
Regular sync with Client Services to discuss campaign updates and ongoing priorities.
Support client calls when needed, particularly for troubleshooting and DSP Campaign Set Up.
Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and reporting files using Microsoft Excel, PBI, and other Ad Operations tools.
Support and manage projects and ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
Requirement
Fresh graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of agency or digital media experience
