+ Is competent in programming, application and usage and possesses the skill for set-up and operation.
+ Able to assist in the development of new uses for these technologies and can recognize and solve most routine and some non-routine challenges associated with the application and use of the technology without assistance.
+ Is considered an SME for the basic technology they support.
+ Possesses a solid understanding of quality & metrology; promotes and follows standard practices.
+ Exhibits strong communication skills and seamlessly participates in routine interaction with associates and others from different functional areas.
+ Oversee and assist with quality development on the technology.
