Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Location: Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Hours: 7.5 (Fridays only)
Help us to deliver great primary care by improving access, outcomes and patient experience at Operose Health. Your role will focus on providing expert care to patients in a primary care setting.
Main responsibilities
- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, support delivery of policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required.
