Location: The Practice, Lincoln Green
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Hours: 28 (Tuesday 1‑6 pm, Wednesday 1‑6 pm, Thursday 8 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 8 am – 5:30 pm)

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will provide high quality clinical care across the full spectrum of general practice, leading and collaborating with the GP team to meet patient needs, uphold policy and procedures and demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care. You will also support service improvement and contribute to the practice’s clinical governance and quality assurance.
