The prospecting function for Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation has primary responsibility for assisting sales personnel in meeting or exceeding their sales goals.
Time will be spent:
+ Provide customer sales qualification by fielding inbound telephone, web and email activity coming from the CT websites and route the requests to the appropriate internal teams
+ Outreach and campaign follow-up to new customers (“prospects”) and existing customers
+ Cross-sell/upsell of new solutions to existing CT subscription customers as directed
+ Supporting and assisting with CT subscription renewal motion
+ Vetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales.
+ Learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive CT suite product line
+ Updating the sales CRM database (salesforce.com)
+ Managing time and resources effectively
