We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Advanced Care Practitioners to become part of our established and forward-thinking team, delivering dedicated support to care home residents and housebound patients across Bridlington.
At Drs Reddy & Nunn, we provide proactive, responsive healthcare to a population of around 42,000 patients, alongside specialist support for 24 care homes in the local area. Our highly regarded service is built on strong partnerships with care home providers, GPs, community services, and wider system colleagues - working together to deliver truly person-centred care for residents and patients with complex and often vulnerable health needs.
