Job Description Role Purpose: Ensure error‐free product launches by applying robust designs, quality standards, and stable, capable processes across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Quality & Customer Requirements Apply customer quality requirements — including special characteristics and traceability — within the CAPM/APQP framework.
Verify that engineering and production samples meet SAFE Sample and customer‐specific requirements.
Prepare and submit PPAP documentation, ensuring alignment with all approved changes.
Ensure PSW (Part Submission Warrant) is approved before the start of production.
Process & Risk Management Support design and manufacturing functions during all stages of the CAPM process; participate in stage‐gate and program reviews.
Identify program risks using PFMEA, past concerns, and lessons learned.
Contribute to the creation and deployment of Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
