Performance Engineering Leadership
Provide technical leadership in performance testing, workload modeling, performance tuning, and non-functional requirement validation.Lead hands-on performance engagements including scenario creation, script development, execution, and analysis.Apply strong expertise in TrueClient protocol, ensuring accurate browser-based performance validation.Utilize experience with Oracle NCA, Citrix, RDP, and SAP Web protocols for complex enterprise systems.Drive performance baselining, workload modeling, and shift-left performance practices across teams.Contribute to performance engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices.Performance Strategy, Execution & Governance
