**Starting Rate: $22.25/hour-** **$22.75/hour for qualified Mandarin/Cantonese speakers**

**Schedule: M-F 9a-5p with some flexibility**

The Case Manager will coordinate, provide and supervise high quality supports to the individuals, families and providers served by Adult Family Care (AFC). The Case Manager provides assistance with other agencies ensuring families are utilizing all available resources.
