The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in the overall management of nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that meets all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The ADON provides leadership to nursing staff, assists with policy development and implementation, and promotes a culture of clinical excellence and resident safety.

Leadership & Management
Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
Supervise nursing personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet resident needs.
Participate in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and ongoing performance evaluations of nursing staff.
