Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures
Guide and counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic options
Process applications and ensure all required documents are complete and verified
Maintain and update applicant records in the system
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing
Follow up with potential candidates to convert leads into admissions
Assist in organizing admission campaigns, events, and orientations
Ensure achievement of assigned admission targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field)
