Role: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecalling)

Location: Gharuan, Mohali | On-site

Employment: Full-Time | Permanent

Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,500/month + Incentives

Role Summary:

Counsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 100+ outbound calls daily

- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries

- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records

- Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process

- Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles

- Handle objections and convert leads into admissions

- Achieve daily/monthly admission targets
