POSITION SUMMARY:

Person in this position will be responsible for the intake and assessment of clients to determine the appropriate program and services they require. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


+ Provide direct assessments and evaluations of clients to determine appropriate level of service required.

+ Administer agency approved assessment instruments to individuals seeking treatment services.

+ Complete induction packets and obtain all necessary documentation and verification of program eligibility.

+ Coordinate the entry of clients into the program with all agency program components.

+ Give presentations, speeches and seminars regarding WestCare's services as assigned.
