Job Title: Administrator

Location: Widnes HCRC, Oaks place, Caldwell Rd, Widnes, WA8 7GD

Hours: 37.5 hours per week working 5 shifts across Monday – Sunday, 2 shift patterns, 7.45am - 3.45pm / 1.15pm - 9.15pm Enhanced rates applied for weekend shifts

Trust Location: North Cheshire and Mersey FT (was Bridgewater NHS)

Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension

Role details:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the community clinics and associated health professionals and will actively participate and contribute to the development of the service;

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Provide a front line service for all service user enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate.
