This role resides under Marine Services (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).

THE JOB

The primary purpose of this role is to take responsibility for managing all aspects of travel arrangements and staff apartment management to ensure smooth operations and enhance employee satisfaction. The role also involves providing expert travel advisory services to assist employees and clients in making informed travel decisions, while implementing cost-effective practices.

Travel Arrangement

• Handle the business travellers’ end-to-end travel arrangements (i.e. flight booking, hotel/accommodation arrangement, etc.) in an effective and timely manner, anticipating needs and travel preferences.
• Respond and execute the travel arrangement requests for all business traveller in a timely manner upon approval as per LOA within 24 hours respond time.
