Process customer orders by capturing, updating, and maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Prepare and process administrative documentation , including credit notes, invoices, quotations, and EFT payment documentation. Maintain financial and sales records by reconciling cash sales, submitting daily cash sale reports, and assisting with invoice and pricing queries. Manage office administration , including issuing PPE by cost centre, filing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring administrative procedures comply with company policies. Support operational efficiency by liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring documentation is accurate, equipment maintenance is tracked, and administrative tasks are completed within required deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
