Assist in the management of a shopping centre portfolio across Victoria Point, Richlands, Jindalee and Springfield, comprising approximately 120 tenants.
You will support the Centre Manager by overseeing day to day administration, processing invoices and maintaining the overall presentation standards of the centres.
Experience in retail, including customer service, store support or store management, will be highly beneficial in this role.
Who we are looking for
Current QLD Real Estate Licence, or a willingness to obtain one with support provided.
Demonstrated experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi site portfolios.
Background in retail environments such as customer service, store management or administration will be highly regarded.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
