Telecare is seeking an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center in Stanwood, Washington. This is a fully in-person leadership role responsible for driving outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
