We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our nimble and dedicated team. This team plays a key role in inspecting dangerous and insanitary buildings, checking swimming pool fencing, and auditing buildings under the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) regime.

About the role

As Administrator - Building Compliance , you will work alongside another administrator to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and maintaining records, systems, and databases relating to BWOFs and audits, swimming pool licences and inspections, Notices to Fix, and Dangerous Building Notices
