We are looking for an energetic, warm, and articulate Administrator and Lead Handler. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients taking their first steps toward their dream kitchen.

Whether you’re answering phone enquiries or responding to web leads, your goal is to build instant rapport, understand their vision, and book them in for a consultation with our design team.

This is a varied role where you’ll also play a key part in keeping our systems accurate, our processes efficient, and our customers well looked after. You’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to both our customers and suppliers.
